For products sourced from overseas suppliers, the estimated delivery time includes two key phases:
After you place an order, we initiate the process of importing the product from our overseas suppliers into India. This can take approximately 10 to 12 business days, depending on supplier location, customs processing, and logistics.
Once the product arrives in India and clears customs, we will ship it to you using a reliable domestic courier. Domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location.
Total Estimated Delivery Time for International Products: 12 to 20 business days from the date of order placement.
For products that are stocked in our India warehouse, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
These products will be clearly marked as "Available in India" or under “Quick Delivery Category” on the product pages, allowing you to select them for quicker delivery.
Shipping costs for international products may vary based on the product’s size, weight, and destination. The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout, and any applicable customs duties and taxes are included in the final price, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery.
For products shipped from our India warehouse, standard shipping charges will apply based on your location. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
For international products, customs duties and taxes will be covered by ShopperrGlobal. You will not be required to pay any additional charges beyond what is displayed at checkout.
For domestic shipments, applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be included in the product price and shown at checkout.
Please note that there may be a 1 to 3 business days processing time before the import process begins. This is in addition to the estimated delivery times mentioned above.
Orders for products in our India warehouse are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. For international dropshipping products, you may receive two sets of tracking details: one for the import phase and one for domestic shipping within India.
You can track your order status using the tracking number provided via our order tracking page or directly through the courier's website.
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, there may be unexpected delays due to customs clearance, unforeseen weather conditions, or logistical challenges. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and keep you updated on the status of your order.
Currently, we only ship to locations within India. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future. Certain remote locations may have longer delivery times or limited delivery services.
Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for failed delivery attempts. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
