- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- Certain products, such as perishable goods, intimate items, and customized products, are non-returnable. Please refer to the product description page for specific details.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.
- Only items that are damaged, defective or incorrect would be eligible for returns. Since items are sourced from overseas destinations based on your order, we wont be able to entertain requests for returns for any other reasons.
How to Initiate a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@shopperr.in within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return.
- Upon approval, we will send you a return shipping label, or guide you on how to return the product. Shipping charges may apply.
Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. After the inspection, we will process your refund.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
